Our B&B is situated in the immediate outskirts of Spello, the relaxing atmosphere will let you spend a pleasant and comfortable stay, the B&B is also near the public gardens.

From our B&B you can reach in a few minutes the centre of Spello where you can visit the most characteristic and historical spots of the town: the medieval suburb, the impressive Properzio's Towers, Villa Fidelia where a lot of concerts and other events are organized and Baglioni's Chapel painted by Pinturicchio.
 
Near the B&B you can find: restaurants, pubs, ice-cream shops, chemist's, supermarkets, veterinarians, baker's shops, flower's shops. The bus stop is in a strategic position and you can reach the train station on foot in only five minutes.
 
Near our B&B there are also the sports complex, the swimming-pool and the Francescane's thermal baths.
